What’s your return policy?

Order 1 unit from a product category, get a free return/exchange. Order 2 or more units, no free return/exchange and deductions will apply.

Details: If it’s your first time trying any product category, just order 1 unit first and try it out risk free. If it doesn’t work out, you can exchange the product for another size.

After your first unit from a product category, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened and taken out of their packaging.

 

When ordering 2 or more units of the same product category, all items (including your first) do not have a free return/exchange and costs are deducted from refund.

We strongly recommend first time customers only order 1 unit from a product category first before ordering more so that you are covered with a risk-free return or exchange.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@athelonathletics.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges except for size exchanges following our 1-item return policy above. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@athelonathletics.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
